We're recruiting for a Property Negotiator!
We are looking for a career minded individual who wants to become an important part of our team as we continue to expand our market share within the Woking property market.
The ideal candidate will have a least 6 months relevant experience, hard working and target driven, self-motivated and professionally presented. The ability to clearly communicate with a varied clientele both verbally and in writing is essential.
No two days are the same in this role – the environment is fast paced and friendly, and the ideal candidate needs to be organised, able to work under pressure and be an excellent communicator.
The applicant must be over 18 years of age, a car owner and educated to A level standard or equivalent and have relevant experience working in property sales or lettings.
Hours 8.30 – 6.30 Monday to Friday
Saturday 9.00- 5pm
There is a requirement to work every Saturday with a mid- week day off every other week. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Role will include:
Dealing with enquiries
Registering applicants
Booking and carrying out viewings
Booking valuations
Negotiating tenancy terms
Negotiating tenancy renewals
Negotiating property sales
Full training programme to ARLA Level 3
