Has anything changed?
The only thing that has changed is our trading location, which we hope you will find to be far more accessible and convenient than our previous location. Our staff and business ownership will remain exactly the same, and we are proud to say that our service remained fully operational during our relocation.
Section 48 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987
If we are acting as your Agent in the letting of your property, we have already notified your tenant, under Section 48 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987, that the address in England and Wales at which notices (including Notices of Proceedings) may be served on the Landlord by the Tenant has changed. If you are a tenant and received this communication you need not worry, just keep the document safe should you wish to refer to it in the future.
