IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM MANNERS RESIDENTIAL
Following the Government’s announcement that estate agents can re-open for business and that house moves may start again, we are pleased to say that we are in the process of re-opening our office, and are now able to once again conduct property viewings and valuations, following the Government's guidance on safe practice.
Whilst we are delighted to be able to return to work, the safety and well being or our staff and customers is of paramount importance to us, so when carrying out viewings and valuations we will be wearing PPE (gloves and face masks), and observing social distancing rules. We would ask all our customers to take the same safety precautions, and rely on you to inform us if you have any Covid 19 symptoms or are self-isolating. We are confident that the safety measures that we are implementing will keep everyone as safe as possible, but need your assistance too, in ensuring that we do not help to generate a second wave of the virus.
