"Nicky was very pro active in organising the new heater & hob to meet higher standards of health and safety. Also managed the re decorating. Initially where the old tenant had used non neutral colours, and later where another coat of paint was needed. I was disappointed for Nicky to find the badly worn lounge carpet had not been reported earlier than the day prior to the new tenant arrival. However the new tenant appears pleased with the the flat."
