"Manners Residential has really professional approach when it comes to lettings. I came across an ad on leading property website and called for a viewing. Instead of rushing into showing me thousands of apartment, I was asked for the precise requirements and budget. Based on that I was invited for 2 viewings and I finalized one of the apartment. It's that really what we as tenants need!! The team went ahead to top up the overall experience by clear communication and required documents. Post this we finalized the contract and I moved in my apartment. All the readings were taken before I move in and we're thoroughly documented in the moving in guide.
